The Miss London Concierge team has worked with Nobu for a long time, but we always love reconnecting with our venue partners and seeing what’s new. This time, we headed to Nobu Portman Square for a look around this stylish London favourite.

We explored the stunning, light and airy meeting spaces, including the ballroom with its impressive LED screen perfect for events where maximum branding impact is a must. We even had a peek at the Penthouse Suite, and let’s just say we could definitely see ourselves spending a night here! With high ceilings and some of the best views across Marylebone, it would also make a fabulous setting for more intimate events.

We feel so lucky to be invited to these fabulous experiences and to have the opportunity to see these spaces first-hand. And, of course, we couldn’t visit Nobu without sampling the food!

We enjoyed a multi-course Omakase experience, tasting some of the very best from the menu, all accompanied by a few glasses of bubbles. The perfect way to finish a wonderful visit!

We were lucky enough to be invited by AEG to the National Television Awards recently, and what a night it was!

We watched the show from a private box, so we had a brilliant view of the awards and our own space to enjoy drinks, catch up and take in the atmosphere. There was plenty of cheering, a bit of celebrity spotting and lots to talk about afterwards.

AEG looked after us beautifully. It was a real treat to experience the NTAs this way, and it got us thinking about what a great choice a private box can be for client hospitality. You have the buzz of a major live event, but also the chance to spend time together and have a proper conversation.

We hosted our wonderful MLC community at The Gun Spitalfields, one of our fabulous venue partners, and what a lovely evening it was! The newly refurbished venue looks fantastic and was the perfect spot to make the most of those last few lighter evenings of summer.

There were plenty of great drinks flowing, including a fun make-your-own spritz station, which went down a treat! We also tucked into some amazing pub classics with a twist seriously delicious and the perfect accompaniment to a relaxed evening of catching up, connecting and enjoying time together. A wonderful evening with our MLC community!

I’ve come home from Marrakech feeling very lucky. 🇲🇦

Smart Group invited us to Morocco as a thank you for our business, and it was one of the most special trips I’ve ever been on. We stayed at the beautiful Oberoi Marrakech, where we even had private pools in our rooms. From the moment we arrived, every single detail had been thought of and taken care of.

There was a pool party, Moroccan music, a ride through the city in motorbike sidecars, and a private dinner on the hotel lawn that I’ll remember for a long time. But the loveliest part was sharing it all with agency friends and having the time to properly enjoy being together.

For me, this is client hospitality at its very best. It’s the care behind every moment that makes you feel so valued and turns a trip into a memory you’ll keep.

Thank you to everyone at Smart Group for looking after us so beautifully. I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of it. ❤️

We had such a lovely visit to Pan Pacific London, where we were invited to meet the wonderful sales team and take a tour of their amazing meeting and events spaces. The highlight had to be their incredible ballroom, complete with its own private escalator and entrance straight down from street level, plus giant LED screens for maximum impact.

Of course, we couldn’t leave without having a peek at the wellness centre — and the infinity pool overlooking London, where you can watch the famous red buses go by, is pretty spectacular! It’s such a unique space and definitely one of those London views you won’t forget.

We then finished our visit with lunch at Straits Bar, enjoying delicious laksa and an amazing selection of East Asian dishes. We feel so lucky to be invited to experience these fantastic venues and spend time with such lovely teams — and this was definitely another memorable visit!
