Founder and director

As Founder and Director, Emily responsible for shaping the vision of the business, building strong relationships with clients and venues worldwide, and guiding the company’s growth. Emily combines her industry expertise with hands-on leadership to ensure exceptional service and long-term success.

Favourite London venue – There are so many to choose from but at the moment it’s the stunning new Broadwick Soho Hotel.  It just oozes glamour and decadence and the interior is gorgeous.  I am in love with the private dining room.

Favourite tipple – A cold glass of LPR or a Vodka Martini with a Lemon Twist.

Top thing on your bucket list – A safari in South Africa.

Biggest guilty pleasure – Binge watching reality TV shows.

Favourite UK getaway destination – It has to be the Cotswolds.  I visited family in Oxfordshire often as a child and I just find The Cotswolds so quintessentially English.  It’s so romantic and quaint and I just love the little villages with their honey-coloured stone buildings. Chipping Norton is top of my list.

Before founding Miss London Concierge in 2018, Emily spent 12 years working in some of London’s most unique venues as a Sales and Events Manager, and later working for a venue & events publication heading up the Concierge Agency team, which is where her love and passion for London venues, corporate events, and connecting event professionals blossomed.

After three happy years working her way through the capital’s best venues, building fantastic relationships, Emily launched Miss London Concierge.  You name it, Emily has probably been there and shared a glass of champagne or two with the venue team along the way!

Emily wanted to create an agency that embodied her passion for building client relationships, entertaining, and connecting event bookers.  Emily could see that other agencies just didn’t offer the personal bespoke touch and knew that she wanted an agency where clients felt like friends.

In the third week of launching, Emily hosted a networking dinner for 40 event bookers at an exclusive London venue. The guests were treated to a private sit-down dinner and tour of the venue, and many went on to book their corporate events there throughout the year. Since then, Miss London Concierge has hosted over 150 MLC Connects Events and Familiarisation trips for hundreds of clients.

Emily’s passion for events, knowledge, personable nature and dedication to her clients have led to the success that Miss London Concierge celebrates today.

When she isn’t enjoying a glass of fizz at the latest venue opening, Emily loves long walks, Pilates and swimming.  She is a big fan of an audio book, podcast or guided meditation and of course, spending time with her wonderful family and friends.  Emily loves escaping  to the French countryside for a bit of R&R whenever she gets the chance and is slightly obsessed with Karaoke. She will always be the first to grab the microphone!

Favourite London venue – Not an easy request! London is full of some of the most spectacular venues in the world. I’m going to have to say Woods Quay, a luxury riverside venue for large celebrations to smaller private dining events. Whether you are from abroad or a Londoner yourself, you can’t help but be impressed by the views, food and service. A real five stars!

Favourite tipple – has to be an Espresso Martini, in the evening. Just the espresso in the morning…

Top thing on your bucket list – swim the Great Barrier Reef.

Biggest guilty pleasure – getting the karaoke out when no one is around. Or even when they are!

Favourite UK getaway destination – It has to be Hurley on Thames – a walk down the river followed by a drink in the pub!

Before relocating to Spain over 10 years ago, Sam worked as a Sales Manager in the London’s event scene, where she met founder Emily Morbey over 13 years ago. Sam joined the Miss London Concierge team in 2020,  where she immediately started to put her touch on branding, content and client relations.

Sam joined Miss London Concierge as an expert venue finder, matching client briefs to fabulous venues, and in 2023 Sam took on the role as Sales & Marketing Manager, working with the wider team to create engaging content, overseeing the companies social media platforms, developing key relationships with venue partners and, of course, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, so the team can deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

Sam’s passion to exceed client expectations, coupled with her fun and friendly nature is a winning combination. She loves being able to assist them throughout the whole journey, being on hand and giving a personalised service. Nurturing relationships and bringing people together is what Sam is all about.

When she is not keeping the team in check and juggling multiple client proposals, Sam can be found spending time with her family, pottering about in the garden and going for walks (and barbecues!) in the countryside of Cataluña, Spain where she lives.  She also loves the occasional boat ride!
