As venue finders, visiting different London venues, as well as venues around the UK, is an essential part of our job as a team.
By visiting events spaces in person, we have a direct experience of the facilities, ambiance, and overall atmosphere, allowing us to gather accurate and detailed information that cannot be fully conveyed through pictures or descriptions alone. Also, seeing venues firsthand helps us assess their suitability for various events or clients.
But, not only are we searching for the perfect venues, we are also searching to create and strengthen relationships with our venue partners and other events industry professionals.

July Highlight: Silverstone

At the beginning of the month, Fran and I had the incredible opportunity to experience Silverstone’s latest gem, the hospitality area called Escapade. We were beyond excited as our invitation included access to watch the F1 practice session during the iconic British Grand Prix. Less than an hour outside of London this fantastic day out is close to home but transports you to a new exciting world
Upon arriving, we were instantly captivated by the elegance and sophistication of Escapade. The venue’s design effortlessly blended luxury with comfort, creating a perfect atmosphere for a day of high-octane entertainment. One of the most impressive features was the rooftop viewing deck, which promised unparalleled views of the track.
As we made our way to the rooftop, we were greeted with sweeping, unobstructed views of the legendary Maggots and Copse corners. The vantage point offered by Escapade allowed us to witness all the high-speed action up close, making our experience truly unforgettable.
Throughout the day, we were treated to a continuous flow of drinks and an array of delicious food. The buffet-style lunch was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of gourmet options to satisfy every palate. The hospitality team ensured that every guest was well-catered for, enhancing the luxurious atmosphere of the venue.
Escapade provided an unrivaled perspective of the race, allowing us to enjoy the thrilling practice session in style and comfort. The combination of excellent service, stunning views, and the excitement of Formula 1 made our visit to Silverstone an extraordinary experience.
Down Hall Fam trip
Fran recently took a trip to Down Hall as part of a fam trip focused on wellness retreats, and she was thoroughly impressed by what the venue had to offer. Nestled just 45 minutes from London, Down Hall is an enchanting escape that seamlessly blends natural beauty with elegant event spaces.
During her visit, Fran had the opportunity to explore the venue’s stunning event spaces, each designed to create an inviting and inspiring atmosphere for gatherings. The staff showcased a variety of settings that could accommodate different group sizes, making it easy for companies to find the perfect space for their needs.
The highlight of the trip was experiencing the venue’s diverse team activity offerings centered around wellness. Fran participated in soothing sound bath sessions that enveloped her in calming vibrations, helping her feel centered and relaxed. The invigorating yoga classes were a fantastic way to connect with her body, while the enlightening crystal induction workshops provided a unique opportunity for self-discovery and mindfulness.
Down Hall truly stands out as an exciting option for company offsite events. Its combination of wellness-focused activities and beautiful surroundings makes it ideal for organizations looking to enhance team bonding and well-being. With the ability to host up to 200 guests, the venue is well-equipped to accommodate both small and large gatherings.

Qube East Showcase
We recently hosted an exciting showcase at Qube East in Canary Wharf, London, where our key clients experienced our innovative 360-degree music tutoring program. This unique experience is available for groups of 30+ guests and includes access to a VIP private area for two hours, complete with flowing drinks and delicious nibbles.
The event immersed attendees in the diverse offerings of Qube East, highlighting its state-of-the-art facilities. Guests enjoyed interactive demonstrations of our music tutoring options, from individual lessons to group workshops. Live performances from talented musicians showcased the effectiveness of our methods, captivating the audience and illustrating the transformative power of music education.
This fun and unique experience is perfect for corporate gatherings, offering a creative way to engage teams and foster collaboration.
Nightcap Safari
On of our Venue experts Fran was invited on a 3-venue safari with Spaces and Stories. She visited a range of venues from their stunning portfolio:
Dirty Martini Covent Garden: Dirty Martini Covent Garden offers an exceptional experience for cocktail enthusiasts with their engaging cocktail master classes, where guests can learn the art of mixology from expert bartenders. For even bigger events, the entire venue is available for hire, hosting up to 180 people. Disrepute:Disrepute in Soho is a luxurious speakeasy-style bar nestled in the heart of London’s vibrant entertainment district. Disrepute can accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 40 people, making it a perfect spot for both private gatherings and exclusive events. The Escapologist : The Escapologist in the Seven Dials area of Covent Garden offers a secretive and mystical vibe that transports guests to a world of intrigue and adventure. This uniquely themed venue, inspired by Victorian escapology and secret societies, features two private hire spaces perfect for hosting memorable events. Each space is adorned with immersive and quirky surroundings, accommodating between 40 to 70 guests. We recently visited Sparrow Italia, an exclusive restaurant nestled in the heart of Mayfair, just off New Bond Street. This stunning venue features a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for al fresco dining, along with multiple breathtaking dining areas adorned with olive trees, creating a charming atmosphere.
Inside, we were captivated by the elegant design, highlighted by a sophisticated cigar room that offers a luxurious experience for special occasions. This intimate space allows guests to enjoy fine cigars while celebrating or hosting business gatherings.
