Step 2: Stay Flexible with Dates
Summer is the busiest time of the year for venues — so having a few date options really helps.
TOP TIP: Thursdays are a classic favourite, but Tuesdays often offer better availability (and better rates!), giving you more budget to spend on elevating your event even further.
Step 3: Get Your Carefully Curated Venue Proposal
Once we have your brief, our team will send you a bespoke proposal — full of venues we’ve personally selected for you that fit the brief and budget.

Step 4: Organise Site Visits
We always recommend visiting your shortlisted venues. It’s a great way to get a real feel for the space, meet the event teams, and start visualising how your event will come to life.

Once your event is confirmed, you will be introduced to the venue’s operations team. They’ll work with you to plan every final detail — so everything runs smoothly on the day. We ensure we work with venues that have fabulous onsite teams and dedicated events planners – who better to assist you with your event than those who know the venues better than anyone!?
