We were transported to each venue by coach and treated to delicious drinks, canapes and music throughout the evening.

Corrigan’s Mayfair

At 6pm we met at Corrigan’s Mayfair to start the evening.

We were treated to some delicious champagne and delightful canapés.

Corrigan’s Bar and Restaurant is the home of Chef Patron Richard Corrigan.

Experience Richard Corrigan’s unmistaken flair with incomparable British and Irish cuisine-seasonal, fresh and executed at the expert hands of a team that has great passion for food and excellent service.

Their restaurant boasts four unique private dining rooms perfect for corporate events or a more intimate gathering of friends or family.

LINDSAY ROOM: Capacity 24.

This gold room is capable of hosting a pre-dinner canapé reception, features a concealed flat screen monitor available for presentations or to display a live link in to the kitchen and an iPod docking system that allows for your own personal use.

CHEF’S TABLE: Capacity 14.

Take your guests through a culinary journey with the option of either a six-course tasting menu or a three-course a la carte. The room comes with your own service team and showcases the best of what Corrigan’s offers, which can also be specifically tailored to your tastes or needs. If you’re looking to add something extra special to your occasion, they also offer cookery demonstrations, wine tastings and the recently introduced feasting menus.

THE KITCHEN LIBRARY: Capacity 6.

This room is climate controlled and separated from the pass via a thick glass sliding door and also a thick velvet curtain for private moments. This is the table most requested by their most discrete customers and has seen big contracts signed and many engagement rings exchanged. This popular room has become synonymous with private dining in Mayfair, its proximity to the action on the pass and the chefs makes it quite unique.

THE POET’S CORNER: Capacity 10.

This unique semi-private dining space is perfect for an inspirational lunch meeting or celebratory dinner. Similar to their chef’s table, you can choose a six-course tasting menu or three course a la carte menu made from the freshest seasonal market produce.

Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill

At 6.30pm we jumped on a private bus and headed towards the spectacular Bentley’s Oyster Bar and Grill.

More champagne and with some decadent oysters to fill the belly. An evening of pure luxury.

Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill, one of London’s longest-running and most-loved seafood restaurants. Considered a British institution for oyster enthusiasts, it has been under the successful ownership of Michelin-Award winner Chef Richard Corrigan for over 15 years.

For special celebrations, board meetings and business lunches, weddings and anniversary receptions, birthdays, cocktail receptions or any sort of private party, they can provide the perfect setting.

Head Chef Nick Simmons will create menus that highlight seasonal produce, while the restaurant’s Sommelier will be on hand to recommend wine pairings.

THE SWALLOW STREET ROOMS: Capacity 30 seated. 100 reception.

Stepping into the Swallow Street Rooms, you would be forgiven for thinking you had stumbled back in time, and for good reason. Bedecked in blues and golds, their largest private dining space is the work of Bafta Award-winning set designer Anna Lynch-Robinson, whose cinematic accolades include Les Misérables and Alice Through The Looking Glass.

With your own marble-topped bar and a late license until 3 am, this room is equipped with everything you need for a successful soirée.

THE CRUSTACEA ROOM: Capacity 15 seated.

The Crustacea Room is located on the first floor, its windows overlooking Swallow Street. Featuring paintings from Richard Corrigan’s personal art collection, the room is warm yet elegant. A cosy corner for celebrations, or more intimate business occasions.

THE RIB ROOM: Capacity 15 guests.

The Rib Room combines William Morris design blue and white fabric on the walls, warm wooden flooring, blue leather chairs and original Bentley’s fish prints and paintings to create a modern, relaxed atmosphere.

The room is situated on the first floor of the restaurant and benefits from natural day light from three large sash windows. Perfect for a private breakfast, lunch or dinner, you are welcome to use the adjoining Grill Room as a reception area in conjunction with the Rib Room.

Daffodil Mulligan’s

At 7.30pm we left by private bus and made our way to Daffodil Mulligan’s in Old Street for finger food, cocktails, music and, of course, some dancing.

With over a century of hospitality experience combined, renowned Chef Richard Corrigan, alongside John Nugent (Green & Fortune) and Tony Gibney (Gibney’s of Malahide) have come together to create the ultimate venue for dining, drinking and live music. With a shared ethos of traditional Irish hospitality, customers become friends.

Daffodil Mulligan is a 90-cover restaurant with a 6-seater oyster bar and a basement saloon which plays host to a series of live music nights, in the heart of Shoreditch. The venue is an all-day destination embodying the heart and mischief of the Irish, but with International food influences.

If you are looking to enjoy group dining, they have an ideal space for you. Seating up to 90 guests, the restaurant can be hired on an exclusive or semi exclusive basis.

The space features an open kitchen and zinc toped oyster bar, complete with crustacean display. Perfect for both large and small parties, the restaurant houses long natural timber tables, illuminated by feature pendants. Enjoy traditional Irish hospitality at Daffodil Mulligan’s with sharing menus designed for large groups.

CAPACITY = Maximum: 60 guests (semi private) Maximum: 90 guests (exclusive)

For larger groups looking to have a standing reception they can hire both the restaurant and bar are available to hire for your private event.

With natural daylight the Ground Floor is spacious incorporating a large bar with the ability to remove all furniture. This space is perfect for all receptions from Christmas parties to networking receptions and corporate events as well as private celebrations. This level is available for breakfast, lunch or dinner bookings.

CAPACITY = Full Ground floor: 250 guests (standing) Ground floor bar: 50 guests (semi private)
