At Miss London Concierge, we live and breathe corporate events — and every month brings new experiences, connections, and inspiration. June was no exception. From stunning venue visits across the country to buzzing MLC Connects events, our calendar was packed with opportunities to discover, connect, and curate the best of what London, the UK and the world has to offer.

But this blog isn’t just a round-up of what we’ve been up to — it’s a chance to show why the work we do for corporate events matters. In the fast-moving world of corporate events, staying ahead of trends, maintaining close relationships with venues, and having a deep understanding of what makes an event truly unforgettable is essential. Whether it’s a FAM trip to explore a hidden gem, a team meet-up to align on creative strategy, or hosting clients in-person to experience venues firsthand, every moment contributes to the bigger picture: delivering exceptional events that reflect our clients’ goals and brand values.

So join us as we look back at June — the places we’ve loved, the people we’ve met, and the insights we’ve gathered. We’re excited to share the highlights, and give you a behind-the-scenes look at the magic that goes into what we do at Miss London Concierge.

Behind the scenes

While our Instagram might showcase glamorous venues and exciting events, there’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes at Miss London Concierge. June has been a particularly busy and rewarding month, and it is moments like these that truly highlight the value and dedication behind what we do.

We kicked off the month with a full team meeting – an essential opportunity for us all to come together. These sessions allow us to align on goals, share insights from recent client projects, and brainstorm creative ways to elevate our service. With 28 events booked for clients in June alone, our collective energy and collaboration are what keep the engine running smoothly.

We’re also seeing Christmas come early this year, with six festive corporate events already confirmed in June for December. Early bookings like these are a testament to the trust our clients place in us to secure the very best venues and dates – especially when demand is already heating up for the winter season.

June also saw a significant expansion of our network, with 14 new venue partners and suppliers joining our provider little black book. These relationships are at the heart of what we do, allowing us to offer our clients access to the most unique, inspiring, and sometimes unexpected locations across the UK. From luxury hotels to blank canvas spaces, we’re always on the hunt for venues that bring something fresh to the table.

Speaking of fresh concepts, we were invited to RSA House for an intimate dinner celebrating the launch of their innovative new Wild Dinners concept – an immersive and sustainably-driven culinary experience that we’re excited to recommend to our clients. We also attended the chic opening of The July, one of London’s most anticipated new venues, where the buzz of potential was in the air.

Then our wonderful Natalie, our business development and events executive, attended the MIA agency dinner at the Barbican Centre and had the pleasure of connecting with industry professionals, making new contacts in the corporate events world, and exploring this iconic London venue. The highlight of the evening was dinner and drinks on the Barbican’s beautiful garden terrace: the perfect setting for a warm summer evening in the city. A huge thank you to the Meetings Industry Association for a brilliant night and to the Barbican team for their warm hospitality.

June was also a month of reconnecting with long-time industry friends. We had the pleasure of a lunch and catch-up at the stunning Great Fosters with the Director of Sales at the Alexander Hotels Group, a luxury collection we often recommend for client retreats and board-level offsites. These moments of relationship building are crucial – they ensure we’re always up to date with the latest offerings and exclusive perks we can pass on to our clients.

And to top it all off, Miss London Concierge was hosted by the iconic Hurlingham Club for a truly unforgettable day at the Giorgio Armani Tennis Classic. From five-star hospitality to top-tier networking, this was a standout moment that perfectly captures the magic of what we do: blending business with unforgettable experiences for all corporate events.

Every lunch, launch, and late-night brainstorm fuels our mission to deliver outstanding corporate events. Stay tuned as we continue to open doors to London’s best venues and build partnerships that put our clients at the heart of it all.

Trends for June 2025

As we step into the second half of the year, the trends we’re seeing across corporate event bookings reflect a dynamic and fast-paced landscape. At Miss London Concierge, we pride ourselves on being at the pulse of what’s happening in the events world — and June offered clear insight into what’s driving demand and how our clients are planning ahead.

Unsurprisingly, Christmas enquiries are ramping up fast. We’ve already secured six Christmas parties for our clients, and the volume of festive requests continues to grow week on week. It’s clear that more companies are prioritising early planning to secure premium dates and venues — and with demand as high as it is this year, booking early is absolutely the smart move.

We’re also seeing a significant uptick in requests for September offsites. Whether it’s a team kick-off after summer, strategy days, or creative workshops, September is shaping up to be a key month for reconnecting teams and re-energising company culture. These corporate events range from small, focused meetings to immersive multi-day retreats.

Looking further ahead, we’ve been working on a number of large-scale 2026 event enquiries, highlighting just how proactive and strategic some of our clients are becoming. With bookings for major venues requiring longer lead times, early conversations about 2026 are already ensuring the best availability and pricing for conferences, awards ceremonies, and international summits.

On the international front, we’ve seen a notable rise in hotel room block requests, particularly for global conventions and exhibitions taking place in London and beyond. Clients are recognising the value in securing group accommodation well in advance, particularly in high-demand zones during peak seasons.

Meanwhile, summer corporate events are still going strong. From rooftop receptions to garden parties and riverside BBQs, June has seen no slowdown in seasonal celebrations. With the (mostly!) good weather and teams eager to reconnect in person, we’ve continued to place last-minute summer events alongside long-range planning.

A standout highlight this month has been receiving three large-scale events for over 600 guests. These have included conferences, gala dinners, and networking experiences — each requiring meticulous planning and venue expertise. It’s a clear sign that in-person engagement is thriving and that live events are bigger and bolder than ever.

These trends not only reflect what’s happening now but also offer valuable insight into how companies are investing in meaningful, well-executed events — and why working with a connected, knowledgeable concierge like Miss London concierge makes all the difference.

Site visit top picks

Site visits are a crucial part of the planning process for events agencies, as they allow teams to assess venues and hotels firsthand before making final decisions on their corporate events. Visiting a site in person provides valuable insight into the space’s layout, ambiance, accessibility, and logistical capabilities—factors that are often difficult to fully grasp from photos or floorplans alone. These visits enable event planners to evaluate the quality of facilities, meet on-site staff, and identify any potential challenges early on, as well as . They also allow for more accurate planning in terms of guest flow, signage, and technical setups. Ultimately, site visits help ensure the venue aligns with the event’s vision and objectives, contributing to a smoother, more successful execution.

Gem Hotels:

The lovely Natalie recently visited Gem Hotels, a charming collection of three unique, Grade II listed properties, and came away impressed. Each hotel offers its own distinct character, blending historical charm with practical functionality—ideal for corporate conferences and overnight stays. The heritage and stories behind the buildings added a special touch that really stood out during the visit. All three venues feature well-designed meeting spaces filled with natural light, creating a welcoming and productive environment for delegates. Their central locations also make them easily accessible for attendees. Overall, Gem Hotels offer a distinctive and memorable setting for corporate events, combining history, elegance, and convenience.

Pyro:

Pyro is a standout event space in the heart of London Bridge, offering a high-end Greek restaurant experience with a vibrant, Ibiza-inspired atmosphere. Just a 6-minute walk from London Bridge station, it combines a prime central location with a truly unique setting. The venue features versatile indoor and outdoor spaces, including a beautiful open-air area perfect for summer events.
