From stunning venue visits across the country to buzzing MLC Connects events, our calendar was packed with opportunities to discover, connect, and curate the best of what London, the UK and the world has to offer.

Behind the scenes
While our Instagram might showcase glamorous venues and exciting events, there’s a lot more that goes on behind the scenes at Miss London Concierge. July has been a particularly busy and rewarding month, and it is moments like these that truly highlight the value and dedication behind what we do. And we love corporate events!
The fact that this month, we have had a whopping 60 client enquiries come through (the majority Christmas by the way!) just shows that July is the month to get the events down for Q3 and Q4. Our team treat each enquiry like a separate project and dedicate time, thought and creative flow into each event proposal.
Private Dinner at Hispania
Earlier in July we were invited to a private agency dinner at the beautiful Melia London Kensington, held within the elegant restaurant Hispania Kensington.
It was the perfect opportunity to network with fellow industry peers, enjoy delicious food and exceptional hospitality, and most importantly, experience this fabulous venue first-hand.

We were thrilled to be invited by Jeru London to the Hidden Garden enclosure at the iconic Henley Regatta — and what a day it was. It’s always amazing to experience this level of hospitality in action. From the setting to the service, every detail was perfectly curated. Being able to attend such a special event with one of our favourite venues made it all the more memorable.

All the inspiration at the London Christmas Party Show
The perfect time to start thinking about Christmas. With over 150 venues exhibiting, we were able to get a good look at what’s new this year as well as take a look at trends for this year’s Christmas themes and offerings. Not only were we able to meet with venues and their teams but also providers – entertainment, catering, unique concepts and more.
This year, the London Christmas Party show was held at the brand new Vision Hall in Kings Cross so it also gave us a chance to see this venue first hand. With a capacity of 800 guests standing and potential for build, production and much more, this venue could be a stand out in itself for larger Christmas parties.
Remember – Christmas is upon us and we urge our clients to confirm their dates and venues soon before potentially missing out on opportunities.
Events’ agents day at Ascot Racecourse
Our team had the pleasure of being invited to Ascot for a day of exploring their world-renowned hospitality and private hire offerings. From the iconic grandstands to the elegant private boxes, it was incredible to see the versatility and scale this venue offers for corporate and private events alike.
It was a fantastic opportunity to experience the atmosphere first-hand, meet the brilliant events team, and understand how this iconic British venue can be tailored to our clients’ event needs, whether for meetings, summer celebrations, or one-of-a-kind experiences during race days.
A huge thank you to the team at Ascot Racecourse for hosting us so warmly we loved every minute! Ascot has an incredible 300 events spaces to hire for your corporate event and, just a stone’s throw from London, makes it an irresistible option for large and small events.
Hosmark Summer Party
We were delighted to catch up with industry professionals and celebrate the Summer at Pan Pacific where we were able to network with some of the venues & destinations in their portfolio, enjoy an evening with industry friends and, as you would expect from Pan Pacific, amazing food and beverages. Emily also won a trip to Copenhagen as well!
Hosmark is one of the world’s leading hotel representation companies, working exclusively with first class and luxury hotels worldwide. As you can imagine, the evening was both informative and allowed us to nurture these all important partner relationships!
Event trends we are seeing in 2025
At Miss London Concierge, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of what’s happening in the events world and July offered clear insight into what’s driving demand and how our clients are planning ahead.
Unsurprisingly, Christmas enquiries are ramping up fast. We’ve now secured over 25 Christmas parties for our clients, and the volume of festive requests continues to grow week on week. It’s clear that more companies are prioritising early planning to secure premium dates and venues and with demand as high as it is this year, booking early is absolutely the smart move.
We’re also seeing a significant uptick in requests for January Kick-offs. These corporate events range from small, focused meetings to immersive multi-day retreats. Or even the ‘non’ Christmas party in January!
Looking further ahead, we’ve been working on a number of large-scale 2026 event enquiries, highlighting just how proactive and strategic some of our clients are becoming. With bookings for major venues requiring longer lead times, early conversations about 2026 are already ensuring the best availability and pricing for conferences, awards ceremonies, and international summits.
A standout highlight this month has been receiving five large scale Christmas event enquiries for over 1,000 guests. Delving into the city’s offerings has been exciting and creative from our end, putting all the elements together to create an all rounded proposal for the events leads.
These trends not only reflect what’s happening now but also offer valuable insight into how companies are investing in meaningful, well-executed events and why working with a connected, knowledgeable concierge like Miss London concierge makes all the difference.

MLC Connects events
Learning and networking with Miss London Concierge:
L’oscar key client dinner
Our latest Mlc Connects event was hosted at the stunning L’oscar hotel in Holborn earlier this month for ten of our VIP clients. Guests enjoyed a lovely welcome drinks reception in the Butterfly room, followed by a private tour before sitting down for a private lunch to really take in the magnificence of this venue.
This was such a special evening as we invited our clients to experience an evening of luxury, flamboyance and individuality. A huge thank you to the team at L’oscar, the clients really enjoyed a lovely evening as can be seen from the wonderful feedback below.
Top site visit picks this July
Site visits are a crucial part of the planning process for events agencies, as they allow teams to assess venues and hotels firsthand before making final decisions on their corporate events. Visiting a site in person provides valuable insight into the space’s layout, ambiance, accessibility, and logistical capabilities; factors that are often difficult to fully grasp from photos or floorplans alone. These visits enable event planners to evaluate the quality of facilities, meet on-site staff, and identify any potential challenges early on. They also allow for more accurate planning in terms of guest flow, signage, and technical setups. Ultimately, site visits help ensure the venue aligns with the event’s vision and objectives, contributing to a smoother, more successful execution.
This month, we were able to see venues before they even opened and know about them before they open to the public. We visit the venues so our clients don’t have to and always ensure we have our finger on the pulse.
Hard Hat Tour, The Traitors Live:
For sure the highlight this month was a visit to Traitors Live! The team received an exclusive hard hard tour, before the concept even opens to the public, giving us an insight into how truly incredible this experience is going to be. So are you ready to bring a taste of betrayal, strategy, and high-stakes suspense to your next event? The venue is located in Covent Garden with a max capacity of 112 guests and tables seating between 10-14, so no matter if it is a small or large event, they can cater for you and the team for an evening of uncovering..
Hard Hat Tour, Fairgame City:
Right across the street from the iconic St Paul’s Cathedral, something iconic is about to land: a 24,500 sq ft funfair, made for just for grown-ups. That’s right, Fairgame City is almost here and it’s big, bold, and every bit as outrageously fun as you’d expect from us.
They’ve packed in twelve brand-new games, a totally different look, and cranked the fun dial up to 11. If you liked what they did before, this one’s going to take things to a whole new level. Throw in a killer new line-up of street food traders, banging cocktails and wicked sweet treats, plus private party spaces that can host up to 800 guests.
