Our first client hotel Familiarisation trip of 2024 kicked off at the stunning Foxhills Hotel, Golf Club & Spa in leafy Surrey. 

We welcomed ten of our key clients to explore 24 hours at this stunning venue for their next meeting, conference or event. We take a look at Foxhills for Corporate Offsites.

Located just 25 miles from London, Foxhills is home to a variety of flexible event spaces, in addition to 66 hotel rooms, spa facilities and iconic golf courses. 

Day 1 at Foxhills for Corporate Offsites

Our guests arrived by train to woking station where we then travelled the short 15 minute taxi journey to Foxhills. 

We were greeted in the library by the lovely Sian and Josh from the Foxhills events team, where we enjoyed prosecco and canapes and some networking with our fab group. After the guests had dropped off their luggage and been fed and watered, we started our private tour of the grounds and meeting spaces.

Following the tour, we checked into our stunning executive rooms for a few hours of rest and relaxation (complete with a gorgeous Hamper filled with goodies) before taking advantage of the lovely spa facilities.  Those brave enough took on the cold water pool before jumping in the sauna.  The perfect combination for a healthy body and mind! 

Dinner was hosted in the manor lounge where we enjoyed a private dinner with a stunning menu and delicious wine. 

After dinner, the group bonded over a few cocktails before heading to bed for a semi- early night. 

Day 2 at Foxhills for Corporate Offsites

After a restful nights sleep, we were up early for a private pilates class in the hotels onsite private yoga cabin. A perfect activity for groups looking for more of a wellness focused away day. 

Foxhills offers an extensive selection of activities to bring colleagues together, rekindle team spirit and morale, focus on wellness and boost productivity. From lawn games and croquet to private golf, tennis, yoga and racquet sessions, the opportunities are endless at this 400-acre country estate in Surrey.

Breakfast was back in the manor lounge where we refuelled ahead of our woodland walk. 

Several trim trails loop this 400-acre estate with routes ranging from 1/2 miles (10 minutes) to 2 miles (45 minutes). We opted for 10 minute walk but would have easily stayed out there for longer.  It was so peaceful and a great way to continue the morning.  They also have on-site beehives and offer beekeeping experiences with their resident beekeeper, Sergio. 

After checking out of our rooms, we hopped back in the cars to start our journey home.
