February continued the momentum for the Miss London Concierge team, bringing together a brilliant mix of industry events, MLC connect events, venue discoveries, and team development moments.
From memorable MLC Connects events and inspiring networking moments to international site visits and a fantastic team learning day, the month was a balance of strengthening partnerships, exploring new spaces, and investing in our own growth.
Each experience, whether attending the London Summer Show, hosting our Galentine’s Dinner at The Conduit, or discovering venues from London to Cap Vermeil, reinforces the importance of staying connected to the people and places shaping the corporate events landscape.
Bringing the Team Together: Our Training Day & London Summer Event Show
Sam flew in from Spain to spend the week back in London with the team, something she says is one of her favourite parts of the role. The team always loves having Sam back in London; there’s an extra energy in the room when we’re all together in person. There’s nothing quite like being together in person to share ideas, strengthen relationships and plan what’s next.
We then brought the whole team together for a dedicated learning and development day at The Hoxton Southwark, where we took part in an insightful training session with Selling Savvy focused on staying proactive in a reactive role. Afterwards, we headed to Seabird for a long team lunch, which was the perfect opportunity to properly connect, reflect and enjoy time together outside of our usual fast-paced schedules.
We rounded off the day at the London Summer Event Show, reconnecting with industry friends, discovering exciting venues and networking with event professionals from across London and the UK. A day filled with learning, laughter and inspiration, everything that makes this industry so special.
MLC Connects: Breakfast at Ottolenghi
Our MLC Connects Partnered Showcase Event at Ottolenghi Spitalfields was a wonderful way to begin a lovely morning with our corporate network. We were delighted to welcome a group of key clients for a relaxed yet inspiring breakfast in the heart of East London. The space perfectly reflects Ottolenghi’s signature style, effortlessly inviting, beautifully curated and paired with exceptional food. Ottolenghi creates the ideal setting for meaningful conversation and genuine connection.
It was fantastic to see clients networking, sharing ideas and building new relationships in such a warm and uplifting atmosphere. We’ve also seen a noticeable rise in demand for breakfast events, and it’s no surprise, they offer a refreshing, time-efficient way to bring people together, spark conversation and start the day with purpose. A perfect blend of delicious food, inspiring discussion and one of London’s most stylish yet relaxing brunch venues.
MLC Connects: Galentines Dinner at The Conduit
Our Galentine’s Dinner at The Conduit was a truly special evening dedicated to celebrating the inspiring women within our corporate network. What began as a light-hearted trend has evolved into something far more meaningful, and this felt like the perfect opportunity to create a space centred around connection, collaboration and genuine conversation.
From welcome drinks high above the city to an intimate private dining experience, the atmosphere was warm, elegant and filled with laughter. More than just a networking event, the evening was about championing women in business, nurturing authentic relationships and designing a luxury experience rooted in community and connection.
Confession: Sam had absolutely no idea what Galentine’s was before this… and now she’s fully converted and already excited for next year!
Pure’s 25th Anniversary
Emily and Millie also had the pleasure of attending Pure’s 25th Anniversary celebration at the stunning The Newman Hotel. The evening brought together industry friends, partners and new faces to celebrate an incredible milestone in a beautiful new setting. It was a wonderful opportunity to reconnect, meet new people and continue strengthening relationships within the events community, all while experiencing one of London’s newest venues firsthand.
Guinness Site Visit
Ahead of its April opening, Emily went on a site visit to Guinness at Old Brewer’s Yard, and it’s safe to say this is set to be a popular addition to London’s corporate events scene.
The venue offers a fantastic flow, with a variety of flexible event spaces suitable for everything from smaller private dinners of 20–40 guests to larger standing receptions of 150+, depending on how the spaces are configured. The concept feels immersive and engaging, blending Guinness heritage with a modern London edge in a way that feels authentic rather than gimmicky.
With adaptable layouts that allow for branding, live entertainment and drinks-led receptions, plus its prime Covent Garden location, this is a space likely to be in high demand for corporate parties, team socials and Christmas bookings, definitely one to watch!
Venue Discoveries in Spain with Vicky
Vicky, who is based in Spain and leads our European venue sourcing, has been exploring some gorgeous venues in Barcelona. She attended two site visits to Meliá Torre Melina and Azul Rooftop Barcelona.
Her site visit to Meliá Torre Melina highlighted what a rare gem it is within the city. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and serene surroundings, the property feels like a private retreat while still being moments from vibrant Barcelona. With impressive MICE facilities including a stunning ballroom accommodating up to 800 guests, alongside a range of versatile and highly personalised meeting spaces, it offers incredible scope for both large-scale conferences and more bespoke, intimate events. The attention to detail throughout makes it a truly inspiring setting for creative event planning.
She also experienced Azul Rooftop, where panoramic views across the skyline and out to the sea create an unforgettable backdrop. The space is generous and flexible, ideal for larger receptions while still working beautifully for smaller gatherings. Stylish yet relaxed, it’s a gorgeous option for clients looking to host something special in Barcelona.

An Evening with MIA Agency
The MIA Agency Evening formed part of the MIA’s winter events programme, designed to bring venues and agencies together for a relaxed evening of networking over great food and drinks at some of London’s leading venues.
This edition took place at Andaz London Liverpool Street and proved to be a fantastic opportunity to connect. It was wonderful to meet a range of venues face-to-face and properly catch up with existing partners in a more informal setting. Emily and Lianne enjoyed an evening dedicated to strengthening industry relationships and building new connections.

As we head into April, there’s a real sense of momentum building. With longer days and the promise of sunnier skies across England, the summer event season is firmly on the horizon.
We’re already seeing a strong uplift in enquiries for summer parties, rooftop receptions, and company off-sites, as teams look to bring colleagues together in inspiring spaces.
