Emily’s recent FAM trip to Forte Village Resort, Sardinia
A Luxurious and Versatile Destination for Events and Incentives
Last week, our director Emily and one of our amazing clients from META were invited to attend an exclusive FAM trip at Forte Village Resort in Sardinia, Italy. At Miss London Concierge, we strive to see venues first-hand, including those international venues which would be ideal for corporate events for our clients. With an increase in international enquiries and confirmed events at Miss London Concierge, we were delighted to add this fabulous venue to our portfolio and witness its capacity for corporate events… all in front of the stunning Sardinian landscapes, providing the perfect backdrop.

Overview
Nestled in 116 acres of stunning gardens on Sardinia’s Southern coast, Forte Village is an award-winning resort. Explore diverse dining, pristine beach, numerous pools, and world-class Acquaforte Thalasso & Spa for ultimate relaxation.

Day 1 – Arrival and Site Inspection
We arrived at Cagliari Airport and were picked up by a chauffeur, who drove us to Palazzo de Aguilio, the sister venue of Forte Village.
At Palazzo de Aguilio, we did a site inspection, seeing the meeting spaces available. It’s a beautiful venue, more suitable for smaller meetings, though they also have a large conference space for up to 300 people.
After the site visit, we had a lovely lunch at Palazzo de Aguilio before making our way to Forte Village.

After lunch, we jumped back into the chauffeur’s car and made our way to the hotel where we would be staying… the stunning Forte Village Resort.

Forte Village Resort
On arrival at Forte Village, we were greeted like celebrities by the entire team. We were then taken to reception (by golf buggy might I add!), where we discussed the itinerary for the week.
We checked into our beautiful, high-end hotel rooms with stunning balconies overlooking the resort. After some time to relax, we met for drinks and dinner at one of the Sardinian restaurants and the on-site wine bar. It was a lovely evening of networking with our hosts and discussing a bit more about the hotel. We then went back to our beautiful balcony rooms to take in the late night views.

Day 1 – Relaxation and Spa
We started the day with a beautiful breakfast at the Ladune restaurant.
We then spent time relaxing by the pool and taking a walk on the private beach. The itinerary was going to be jam packed so the hotel were so accommodating in ensuring we were relaxed and prepared for what was to come.
For lunch, we dined at the pizzeria, which overlooks the beach and is one of their many onsite restaurants which can be privatised for group events.
In the afternoon, we enjoyed the incredible Aquaforte Spa experience, with its various wellness pools and a relaxing massage. It was a whole spa experience journey with salt pools and different areas to feel energised.
In the evening, we had dinner at the stunning Cavallari restaurant.

Day 2 – Boat Tour and Site Visit
We started the day with a fantastic boat tour, seeing beautiful caves and the resort’s private beaches, which can host events for up to 1,600 people.
After the boat tour, we had lunch at the pizzeria again and enjoyed some delicious Italian ice cream.
We then did a comprehensive site visit of the resort, exploring the various pool areas, suites, conference spaces, and outdoor event spaces by golf buggy.

Highlights and Versatility
- Forte Village offers an amazing range of facilities and activities, from spa experiences and beach sports to go-karting and mountain biking.
- The resort can accommodate groups of all sizes, with over 700 bedrooms, multiple event spaces, and the ability to privatise areas – even the spa.
- The service, food, and overall experience were exceptional, creating a “home away from home” feeling with an authentic Sardinian charm.
- The resort’s layout and variety of spaces allow for multiple groups to be hosted simultaneously without affecting the exclusivity of each event. For example, at our dinner, there was a group of around 300 guests enjoying a large gala dinner next door and it did not affect the quiet, serene restaurant we were in. As with the pool party of 400 guests – the resort is so large that each even taking place here feels like a complete privatisation.

Forte Village Resort in Sardinia is a truly remarkable destination for events and incentives. With its luxurious accommodations, diverse facilities, and exceptional service, it offers a unique and versatile experience that is sure to impress any group.
